Creates a new project from a template within Marq. Requires the project.content scope and user access to the template used to create the project.

Minimum Required Authorization Scope: Project.Content

Filter to retrieve only specific child folders within a parent folder, by the home (default) folder, or by shared folders. Options: shared (any folder that has been shared with the user), home (the overarching folder), or parent folder ID. [Example: 12394]
